"Stayed 2 nights to rest and recover before going to Tokyo. The hotel was a short walk from the station with idyllic scenery with beautiful Sakura and mountains. The personelle were super nice and helpful. They provided a free bus ride to the snow monkey park. The room was spacious and comfy. The hotel dinner and breakfast were amazing. Highly recommend the dinner. The onsen was really hot which took some time getting used to but I think that’s part of the experience. Only real downside were the hard pillows which seem to be a theme in Japan. Overall really enjoyable stay and we highly recommend going here."
