Less than fifteen minutes walking towards the south to the sea where are amazing beaches (Bačvice, Firule, Žnjan, Trstenik,...) and on west side to the city centre where is situated one of the most popular buildings in the world - Diocletian's palace and many facilities in the old town. In a few minutes walking you have 6 supermarkets, 5 restaurants, many bars, playground for basketball and football and a public park. Both city hospitals, pharmacy, post office and a sports hall are in circle of 400 meters. Neighborhood is very safe and people are hospitable.
