"Our stay at Four Seasons Hotel Beijing was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first minute we stepped into the hotel, we were welcomed with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that we immediately knew this would be a special experience. What truly made our stay unforgettable were two incredible staff members — Melody and Rebecca & Ethan. They went above and beyond in every possible way and made us feel more like honorerad guests than regular visitors. Their service was absolutely flawless, but what stood out even more was who they were as people — kind, attentive, genuine, and incredibly thoughtful. No request was ever too much, and they always made sure we were comfortable, happy, and well taken care of. They noticed even the smallest details and constantly did that little extra that turns a great hotel stay into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Honestly, it felt like they were personal assistants, luxury concierge experts, and close friends all in one. Their energy, kindness, and dedication completely elevated our experience, and they are a huge reason why our stay was so memorable. Four Seasons is already known for luxury, but Melody and Rebecca are the true definition of world-class hospitality. We have stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, but this experience was on another level. Thanks to Melody and Rebecca, our time in Beijing. Absolut loved four seasons. The rooms were clean, spacious and had all the facility needed in one room."
