"The staff in the reception area were fabulous. The hotel was a tad tired and there was no where except the inside rooftop outside the restaurant to sit. This is also where some of the hotel management (headchef and owners perhaps) spent a lot of their time. There was a collaboration with a pool site which was a complete disappointment. It was tired, in a complex that felt abandoned and the pool was dirty. This was shared with the front office staff that it shouldn’t be recommended to any guests. The cleanliness in the rooms was not impeccable and the toilet kept breaking. The gym was ok. All in all, front desk and restaurant staff were lovely. The rest was tired. "

"Fantastic hotel. The only one in Monrovia with good standards. Good selection of food and truly great breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and the pool area was fantastic for relaxation. Gym had almost everything, although the humid climate leaves traces on the weights. Staff were attentive, friendly and even helped getting prices down when shopping for some souvenirs across the street. Of course a part was given as tip as thanks but still felt good to have someone to reason with. For some reason I believed airport transfer was included. Would have been clearer if it was stated airport transportation available. Transfer is free. Available is at a cost. View from the terrace is stunning and all in all great stay and my choice next time I travel to Monrovia. "
