The large windows in the living room and kitchen make the rooms bright and cozy and give you the feeling of being in close contact with nature. Kitchen has integrated appliances. The large wood burning stove with hot flames and warmth gives a nice atmosphere throughout the living room and kitchen. Own TV room with double sofa bed and a single bed. 3 bedrooms, of which 2 have double beds, while one has 2 family beds with 1.20 double bed downstairs and single bed upstairs. The house is sheltered for itself in the village Kokelv with a great view from the living room and the terrace beyond the village towards the fjord Revsbotn. The area is quiet and child friendly and the place is a great starting point for day trips by car around Finnmark. Winter time when the northern lights dance in all their color praise in the sky, is a natural phenomenon that you hardly forget. In spring and summer, it is as bright as night as it is during the day. On beautiful evenings when the midnight sun shines up the whole landscape in its reddish shear, you may want to sit up all night to enjoy the beautiful nature experience. This part of Finnmark has a wonderful and varied hiking range for the whole family. Here are large areas of wilderness where you can pick berries like molten, blueberries and more. To the north lies Porsanger Peninsula with many fishing waters and rivers. To the south lies Stabbursdalen National Park at Porsangerfjorden, which has rich flora and birdlife. In the autumn there are nice areas for small game hunting. Good parking space at the house. 2 km to the colonial shop and 4 km to the eatery. The national tourist road to Havøysund is worth driving and starting in Kokelv. 85 km to Alta and 90 km to Lakselv by the airport and where car can be rented. 140 km to Nordkapp. In the area there are several good salmon lakes, 2 km to Russelva where fishing can be done against the purchase of fishing licenses. Other salmon lakes are Stabburselva, Lakselva and Børselva. It is 400 m to the fjord for fishing. In addition to plain sea fish you can get salmon and sea trout on the hook. At the floating dock there is a 20-foot Quicksilver Pilothouse with 115 hp Mercury outboard engine with echo sounder, chartplotter, GPS, 4 rod holders.
