Attractive house on the market square in Groede. A surprisingly large house with a cozy living room (no TV) with open kitchen. This is equipped with all comforts such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, filter coffee machine and a toaster. The utility room with washing machine gives access to the spacious garden. Wonderfully sheltered, you can enjoy the sun here almost all day long. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. One with a double bed and two with a single bed. The bathroom is new and equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Close to all amenities, but still enjoy sufficient privacy. You can park in front of the door. In Groede there are several high-quality restaurants. Groede is one of the lesser-known places on the Zeeland coast, but a real gem. This makes it perhaps the nicest village in Zeeland. Close to the beach and just enough away from the holiday crowds. Bruges (BE) and Ghent (BE) are a short distance away. Bruges is certainly worth a visit. Beautiful museums and a cruise on the canals provide a wonderful view of the heritage. In short, an ideal location for a holiday!
