Good bse in Ulaanbataar
Inskickad 16 juni 2017 på HotelsPerfect location with, basically, walking distance to most shops and attractions. Nice hotell with breakfast included and a bar/lounge on the 25th floor overlooking the city. Friendly service and staff.
I caught a cold on the flight over and the front desk sent a bell boy to an all night pharmacy for some medication - as they decided I could not explain my needs properly to the pharmacy (my not speaking mongolian). The poor man was sent back when the Ms. Ariunaa was not satisfied with what was brought back the first time. My health was soon the concern of all the staff to the point of finding and installing a humidifier in the room to help me breathe easier. In particular Ms. Ariunaa and Mr. B. Enhtuvshin as well as the lady in charge of guest relations went above and beyond to help me get better and make the stay a great experience - helping with excursions and sight-seeing. Will definately stay there again should I revisit Ulaanbaatar.
