Härligt juligt hotell. Fick fantastisk bra hjälp efter en fallolycka. Vi fick låna deras rullstol !

Hidden fees

Decent hotel but the hidden resort fee is absolutely ridiculous when you don't offer free wifi (which is terrible for such an expensive hotel) in the room or have a pool. Meaning we had to pay 80-90$ extra for a gym that we never used.

This hotel is marketed on the Expedia site as a five star hotel, which it isn't, it is four star. And I would say an average four star, even though they have a beautiful lobby. On arrival noone in the staff took notice of my taxi or luggage. I did have trouble finding the way to my room as the signs on floor M was very confusing. At first I got a room in the old building. I had payed extra to get a room that was described as with "city view" however I would call the small windows on feet level more as light inlets. It also became clear this room had not been used for a while as the water was rusty and cold and furniture and toilet ring not cleaned and the air conditioning sounding like a jet engine. When I got the checkin email from Expedia I wrote my complaints and much to my surprise the next day the management changed my room to the new building. A smaller but nicer room with a view. Now this is a good hotel, but it lacks that extra touch you expect from a luxury hotel. I had a few contacts with the concierge desk and they politly answer your questions but they didn't go the extra length with for example recommendations of what to see or where to go in the city. I would also like to inform that on the Hotels info-tv it clearly says they have an airport shuttle for 30 dollars. When I asked to use it the concierge said that they had during panemia but not now, so that should be corrected and is another example of how the extra care for the details simple isn't here.
