The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean, very satisfied.

Inskickad 13 jan. 2024 på HotelsThe room overall was ok but the guest above me was very liud and stomping. Made me feel lile they were coming through the ceiling. I called the front desk they apologized and said they would address it. Had to call a 2nd time and she said they never answered. She said she would go up to the door. Needless to say the noise never stopped and I shouldn't have to call a 3rd time. It was not worth my money to be sleepy the next morning. I told the lady at the front desk the next morning and she just apologized 3 more times. They did nothing to make things better or compensate me.

We were greeted and taken care of politely and promptly. Rooms were also clean and well maintained.
