Could have been better, and it could have been worse.
Inskickad 27 jan. 2024 på HotelsIt wasn't terrible, but it could have been cleaner. Finding dust and people's hair is just not appealing. I just don't feel like the cleaning staff does a really thorough job. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was clean. It was mostly quiet. The front desk staff are very nice.

Stay away from STAIRS.
Inskickad 26 jan. 2024 på HotelsHad a great stay, 1st night was very noisy because it was by the stairs/ice maker/ entrance to the pool was terrible. ask to change rooms, was very easy to do, and even came with a Jacuzzi. But didn't use it no fun when your by your self. Walls are very thin but overall was perfect, once I got another room still was by the stairs and ice maker was broken that helped making it quiet. Mexican restaurant next door was GREAT. Thank you 3 palms.

Thank you Tony for your feedback. I apologize for the noise level and I will say that we do not tolerate any noise after 10pm. So if there is any noise after that time then we can definitely take care of that. Also please make sure to call the front desk, before your next stay with us, so you can request a room away from the stairs ahead of time. Thank you so much for the 10/10 rating! Our family enjoyed our stay here, close to amenities, parks, and restaurants. It felt safe and staff are very friendly. We had fun in the pool and hot tub. Parking lot is spacious, private and complimentary. Hotel was affordable and comfortable. We would recommend and stay again.

Had a late check in. Service was quick and friendly. Got checked into my room in a timely manner. Easy to get to airport too!

Check in was frustrating, somehow between Expedia and 3 Palms the first name was changed for our reservation. This caused unnecessary frustration and investigation time to match the registration info Expedia provided to what they had on file. Eventually everything was sorted but they were still unable to change the name. Upsetting start of the stay but otherwise everything else was fine.

Early Morning Leaf Blowers.
