Nice hotel in a good area of Fremantle, nice restaurant and reception area, rest of hotel could do with some TLC

Disappointed stay.
Inskickad 20 jan. 2024 på HotelsRooms clean , no drawers for storage, coffee and tea very cheap tasting, to pay $400 per room it should come with breakfast. Shower was in the bath tub I have a bad hip so found it hard to get in for a shower. Our friend is in her 70s did couldn't manage the shower at all. No car parking service. Over the last 20 years we have been to the hotel many times and we know the had updated the rooms. New carpet was as much as we could see the has done. Not enough sitting by the pool.

Good location, hotel lots of character.
Staff friendly but didn’t go out of their way.
Room serviced but coffee and tea not replaced.
Good hotel if you want to stay in this part of town.
