The outside light - on the wall 4th floor - shined into my room. Blinds don't help much. The light should be shielded or the rooms affected should have very heavy curtains. I could have read a newspaper with the lights off. The young lady at check in was pleasant.

For $150 per night with less quality of a motel.

It was awful all they give you is two towels, and one bar of soap no shampoo or conditioner.

Think of it as a baseline efficiency and everything is an upgrade. The room was clean and well organized. I didn’t have a problem with noise. The “free Wi-Fi“ for one (1) device per day, seriously. You can get up to three devices for $10 per day for regular Internet and $20 a day for premium Internet… It’s an efficiency but it doesn’t come with pots or pans, you can bring your own or buy a little set at the front desk for $20-30. Room service is once every two (2) weeks. Two towels and two washcloths; you can bring your own, wash the ones that are there, or pay them $10 to exchange for a fresh set. Mine had a full-size refrigerator a nice kitchen layout with storage above and below, an ample dresser with 50 inch TV, and cubbies over the clothes hanging area. Bathroom was ample.

Not the best for the price

It is a no frills hotel for sure. Front desk clerk was very nice. The floor in our room was filthy. It is a pet friendly hotel and there was urine all over the floor. It was also black. I used a towel to mop the floor and the towel had to be rinsed out a couple times because of all the dirt on the floor. Both nights there were some sketchy people sleeping outside on the front and back doors to the hotel. Also the 200.00 pet deposit is not refundable and that was not explained until check in. The front desk clerk asked if anyone had called before check in to let me know but that phone call never came as made to me. Definitely a property we not stay at again.

The fro t desk staff was extremely friendly but the First room they gave us already had a person in it, we found out when we walked in on him. The second room they gave us had blood stains in a few spots on the walls. We needed towels but there was no available at front desk after a certain time.
