Bekvämt boende nära parkerna
Inskickad 3 mars 2020 på HotelsOtroligt bekvämt boende nära alla parker. Rent och snyggt, härligt med egen bubbelpool, trevligt poolområde (barnen älskade vattenrutschbanorna). Gångavstånd till restauranger och nöjen. Har inget att klaga på!

Good for big families

Nice hotel but with poor service
Inskickad 30 nov. 2019 på HotelsThe whole family was really looking forward to stay at the Regal Oaks. Therefore we were unfortunately quite disappointed to experience the poor service.
Our private spa broke down during our second day - the technician couldn't sort it out but promised to fix it asap the morning after. No one ever showed up... The kids was eager to try out the slides at the pool area, but only to find out that they wouldn't open them until lunch time. As a compensation for the broken spa we did get an additional hour to checkout. Though the receptionist promised to ask the manger to call us once she got in the office, but she never got back...
The premises has huge potential (!) so I really hope they will put in some extra effort in the service as well in the future. (And the wifi, which barely worked).
