Love the property very good location is great close to the beach playground and main place
Didn’t like u can’t smoke in the balcony
Some dishes wasn’t clean
But in general amazing place very recommended

We have one of the best positions in Merimbula. Close to beach, close to children's playground, close to coffee and the best takeaway in Merimbula, close enough to walk to town.

reat location and very comfortable unit
Inskickad 5 juli 2020 på HotelsThe unit was very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen in a very good location. A doona would have been helpful as the nights were very cold and we don't like to leave a heater on all night. There was a lack of communication at the beginning as no-one was at reception. The manager said they had sent a message to hotels.com syaing that the door was open and the key was inside. We did not receive a message from hotels.com. This delayed our entry to the unit by an hour as the manager also did not text us back. Other than the communication issue we had a great time.

Sorry I was unable to great you on arrival... I was sitting in ICU waiting for my 90 year old mother to return after hip surgery.

Bob & Pat are very friendly and welcoming. Nothing too much trouble.
Very clean and large units with everything you need.
Close to beach and lake and easy walk to shop.
Brilliant break!

Basic clean accommodation.
Inskickad 13 nov. 2018 på HotelsWhile the name is Ocean Front it is across the road from the Ocean and there is no views. The Receptionist was very pleasant and replaced the TV that was not working. The place was very clean and smelt nice. There was a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The unit itself was quite dated and it could be improved significantly quite cheaply.
