Dålig upplevelse och dålig information.
Inskickad 3 jan. 2020 på HotelsVi bokade ett rum för 3 vuxna. Vi fick en dubbelsäng och en extrasäng som var avsedd för ett barn. I detta rum finns inte plats för en extra säng. Ingen info på bokningen att det bara var en säng. Den extra säng vi fick var trasig och rummet var inte utrustat för 3 personer. Vi försökte byta rum el avboka men det gick inte. Hotellet hänvisade till sin egen hemsida men vi bokade via Hotels.com och där framgick inte att det bara var en säng i rummet. Mycket besvikna.

Mycket trevligt läge mitt i Chinatown i Melbourne. Nära till allting. Trevlig personal.

A great place to stay in the heart of the city, easy to get to on the tram. The room was clean and the amenities were great, and made for a very comfortable stay. All in all a perfect stay.
