Det ligger fint i en vacker park. Sängarna är bekväma och bra utrustade med vägguttag och heltäckande draperier men tyvärr var det inte rent och fräscht i rum/trappa/toalett.

Bad service

The black woman in the reception was discriminating and islamophobic. There was a white man infront of me who got the best service and a nice welcoming. Meanwhile I was treated like a criminal before I even said a word. I didn't feel welcomed to safestay. Besides that everything was okay, good to have usb outlets, a clean room and the hostel was located at a very nice location near the beautiful Holland Park. Close to stores aswell.

Bra städat, sköna sängar. Dålig service av personal. Gjorde fel x flera i bokningen.

Not as safe as you'd think.

I really would recommend you to not bring any valuables and if you do bring them with you during the days. I had my laptop, some cash and my spare credit card stolen from a locked locker. You'd think it would be a little protected but no. Other than that it was okey if you just need a bed foe the night.
