Ett ok hotell

Det finns inget att direkt klaga på men ej heller direkt något att hylla. Hissarna kunde kanske renoveras lite men då man bara har en trappa att gå i var det inga problem. Läget är ok men inte toppen.

Overall maintenance was lacking. Coffeemaker didn’t work, hot tub wasn’t open when we wanted to use it. It seemed that our AC was about to go out even though it continued to work very loudly. We like the location but probably would not stay here again for the price we paid.

This property was misleading online it looked a lot cleaner and a closer ocean view. We had mold in the bathroom stains on the carpet and sofa pull out, and when we checked in the front desk girl was not friendly and helpful. There was no bellboy or valet parking we checked out the next day we would never stay at this property again.

Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out of shower gel. Rooms are not as luminous as shown in the pictures. overall considering that we spent 10k for 6 nights (for 2 rooms) the value for money was also very bad. Therefore i do not suggest this strcuture to anybody!

We had booked a cottage which is costly option since we have 2 kids. It was raining heavily when we reached so the reception lady said we will have to walk to the cottage and get wet and it wont fit 4 people or move to a smaller room. The smaller room was the cheapest option. She didnt refund us the difference in charges neither gave us any other way to compensate for. She wasnt at all helpful and her attitude was take it or leave it. We had flown for more that 13 hrs and kids were tired and we didnt have the capacity to argue with her and just took the keys and let her have way with the whole situstion.

Just an ok hotel. No doors on the shower made it really hard to keep the bathroom dry. There was a $25 a day “activity fee” which I wasn’t expecting and seemed to offer very little. Supposedly, bike rentals were included with this fee, but the bikes were at another company 2 miles away and you had to reserve a specific time. There’s a concierge, which is mostly staffed by a sign that says “be back soon”. The tiki bar had a great hamburger and the beach the hotel is located on is great.
