Fantastiskt!

Hotellet hade problem med el och vatten ett dygn efter oväder, vilket personalen hanterade fint och såg till att kompensera oss för besväret. De gav oss bra rekommendationer för vingårdar, restauranger och ställen att besöka under vår vistelse. Otroligt nöjd med vår vistelse och skulle gärna komma tillbaka!

The young lady who checked us in, I believe Gloria was her name, was very sweet and helpful during our stay. She upgraded us to a suite and it was very comfortable except for a dog that barked during the night,apparently, it belonged to the owners who were not on the property. So other than the dog annoying us during the nights and early mornings it was a comfortable place to stay and close enough to Florence to drive to in about 15 to 20 minutes. Just be careful not to be redirected too much by GPS which took us on a crazy tiny road for a time when returning from Florence. I larger car would never have made it. We had a mid-size. Breakfast was average for a 4-star hotel but the servers were sweet. We ate dinner at the restaurant a couple of times, the food was good but the portions were a bit small, even by European standards, particularly the leek appetizer which was ridiculously small.
