Dåligt städade rum, oengagerad personal. Inte prisvärt. Dålig ljudisolering, hördes tydligt när gästerna ramlade in på natten. Läget dock bra ock frukost OK.

Fantastiskt läge precis vid gågatan i centrala Galway, trevlig och tillmötesgående personal och allt man behövde fanns inom räckhåll.

Enastående hotell

Mkt fint o trevlig personal. Perfekt läge precis vid gågatan. Underbar flod som rinner utanför. Jag kan ge de bästa rekommendationer och kommer sakna galways bästa hotell

Mitt i city

Ett mycket trevligt hotell med mycket bra läge mitt i stan. Vi hade ett lite väl litet 3-bäddsrum dock. Alla mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående.

En natt i Galway

Fantastiskt fint hotell nära havet och i omedelbar anslutning till stadens promenadstråk. Flera trevliga restauranger ligger precis utanför hotellet. Hotellet var mycket fräscht och bekvämt. Rumspriserna var dock en aning höga. Bara några minuters promenad till busstationen med förbindelse till Dublin, och även bekvämt promenadavstånd till universitetet, NUI.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city

Lovely hotel-everything above par including the staff. My only negative was that although they provided shampoo, body and hand soap, there was no conditioner or lotion. Small complaint and still 5 stars for me.
