Inskickad 27 jan. 2024 på HotelsYou need a 6 digit code to get into the hotel, into the elevator and into the room. Room serviced only if you order 24 hrs in advance and pay$20. Valet is $30/day but the best part of the hotel. Doordasher not allowed up. Second one got trapped in stairwell and fire exits were locked. Marble floors in shower very slippery and no mats or bars to hold onto. Tiny fridge, no microwave. No phone in room, no way to reach front desk. Ice on one floor only.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. And I have stayed at dozens of hotels. Onerous procedure to reserve room. No parking except valet. No room service, toilet was not working properly. Cheap on towels and amenities. Coffee machine didn’t work (but they replaced it). Uninviting hallways. Not one comfortable chair in the room. Terrible lighting in room. Pillows are all soft and mushy. Weird, ridiculous bed coverings. You’re either freezing or sweating. Room a/c was inconsistent and thermostat must not have been working. The people who own or manage this hotel should get out of the hospitality business. They are terrible at this.

The Circ is conveniently located next to necessary amenities like Publix, Walgreens, coffee shops etc. My time was well spent. Overall it was a good stay with the exception of an alarm that randomly went off caused by the apartment building next door. I looked forward to having a balcony howeve the balcony was concreted off (no view) and super small. These things didn’t affect my trip however they are worth mentioning. Worth mentioning is the kindness of the front desk staff..very kind young lady.
May stay again...hopefully with a better balcony 🙂

I stay in hotels around the country 200 nights a year and this is the second negative review I’ve left, it was dirty, the air conditioner in the room sounded like a 747, and the toilet would not flush. It was so bad that I out early (other guests were not happy and were doing the same), was told at the front desk it wouldn’t be a problem and to call Expedia for a refund, it turns out it was a problem and Expedia cannot generate a refund without Sonders permission, which they will not give; I also spoke to the rudest and most unprofessional customer service person I have ever interacted with (based on his accent he was from/in the UK). I cannot tell everyone loudly enough to avoid this property and this brand of hotels, there are numerous other properties in this price range that you will be much happier with (Marriott, Wyndham, IHG, etc); everything from their “online”‘check in system and passcodes, to their service at the location, to their knowledge of refund policy, to their customer service people are the worst I’ve ever encountered. If I could give them a zero I would.
