The most incredible experience. Stayed in the giraffe treehouse room with my 7 year old son. Just amazing!

Well worth it! Jamala has been on my bucket list for many years and I’m so glad we finally did it! We stayed in the giraffe treehouse for a romantic couples bday getaway, it was incredible! Staff are super lovely, helpful and accommodating.
I thought it would be a once in a lifetime experience however, I’m pretty sure we will be back with the kids for their next birthdays. Thank you so much for making it such a special experience.

This property is an experience to be enjoyiled. From arrival & afternoon tea, dinner, tour of the zoo and the cheetah encounter, everything was great. The bed was comfortable.

Amazing experience for your bucket list
Inskickad 20 sep. 2023 på HotelsThis stay was the highlight of my trip. The cost of the room was worth every cent. From the moment you were checked in, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel stay includes extras like, afternoon high tea and drinks on arrival. Small group tour of the zoo, and extra access areas. We stayed in the giraffe treehouse, which was lovely and we got to feed the giraffes from the balcony.
Pre dinner drinks and a lovely three course meal with drinks. My other favourite was wondering the zoo early morning before it opens. Hearing the lions wake up. Wow. Breakfast included before check out and free zoo time if you choose.
