Great accommodation and fantastic hosts. Nice private, quiet secluded location near to where we wanted to be. The room was excellent and a superb breakfast.

Peaceful and quiet place

Fantastic, quiet and peaceful sum up this top quality BnB'. Beautiful weekend away with my wife and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I would highly recommend this to anyone. The breakfast is a perfect way to start the day and the homemade jams are delicious!!

Relaxing and comfortable

This is in a beautiful location, and is very relaxing. The bed was amazing, so comfortable! There was also a lovely deck to sit out on and enjoy the forest around you. The owners weren't there when we stayed, but Breanne and Steve looked after us really well, and were just lovely people to deal with. The only thing is that is says on the Hotels.com website that some of the wineries are within walking distance, which is definitely not true - you definitely need a car and a designated driver if you are going to stay here. The other the room is not well set up for watching TV (we wanted to watch the footy) - the posts on the bed block the view, and there is only one armchair. Not a big deal for us but worth mentioning if you like to watch TV from bed!

Thanks for traking the time to post a review. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay overall. I would like to point out that I was not aware hotels.com had written that wineries are within walking distance - that did NOT come from us and if you actually looked at our website it would inform you that you do need a car to explore the aea. However, the wineries of Marc, Deep Woods and Aravina would be if you enjoy walking. Regarding the TV, most guests just move the drapes up over the timber frame. There are also 2 chairs on the deck with cushions in the blanket box you could have used. If there were 2 chairs in the room it would be too cluttered. And we have found guests wanting to watch sport generally prefer to do so in the comfort of the guest lounge with the 55" TV. If you had any issues you could have informed our Managers and they would've assisted you.

Beautiful hosts and wonderful property. Only 2 rooms for B&B so great for that quiet get away with an authentic Balinese theme.

very secluded, but central

Couldn't find a better location and Australian bush setting. Fran and Ken were very good hosts and Fran's fruit platter was a highlight.
