Not worth it

Nice big room but quite bad service. All staff seemed to be new and not familiar with the hotel itself. Should have 3 stars, not 4 stars.

Great location and lovely hotel and staff. Only negative was extortionate cost for the hotels car parking.

Nice room with poor service.

No proper greeting from at rhe Hotel, didn't show to the room, or give any directions or information for the stay. Also got the room worh the window overlooking to some aircon pipes, despite asking for a room with the view.

Windsor hotel

Our mini break was amazing, all staff friendly & helpful. From the concierge who showed us where to park (although pricy at £39 per night) to the housekeepers. Sadly the castle was closed for deep cleaning, so we will have to return next year. Location of the hotel was perfect. In the heart of Windsor. We Would just upgrade the room as ours had a normal double. We prefer a king size bed.

Disappointed

Slow and not the friendliest check in experience, uncomfortable bed (two singles pushed together and felt I was falling down the middle!), overpriced food, and the coffee machine on the room didn’t work! On the plus side, the room was clean and spacious.
