Bra läge på en tyst gata nära museer och slott.
Väldigt god frukost. Mycket trevlig serviceinriktad personal förutom Emmanuel som verkade hata gäster, vi med andra försökte undvika honom men det lyckades inte alltid. Aldrig stött på dess like!Tyvärr förstörde han en del av den i övrigt positiva hotellupplevelsen.

Bra med struligt
Inskickad 2 aug. 2023 på HotelsVi fick ett stort och fint rum men tyvärr fungerade inte vår AC och kyl som den skulle. Deras tekniker hävdade att det fungerade men vi fick byta rum till ett mindre men där fungerade både AC och kyl mycket bättre. Vi bytte till ett rum med dubbelsäng och som skulle separeras men detta glömdes bort. Vi påminde men det glömdes bort igen. Så det genomfördes aldrig under de dagar vi var där trots flera påtryckningar.
Personalen var annars väldigt trevliga och gav bra service.
Sängarna var fantastiska.
Läget var väldigt bra. Lugn gata och nära att gå in till stan. Det finns även mataffär, spårvagn och flera bra restauranger i närheten.
Frukosten var okej. Inget speciellt. Skulle vara som ett 3-stjärnigt hotell om det inte vore för att de serverar prosecco.
Baren var liten och trevlig men väldigt begränsad med utbud och plats att sitta på.
Ska troligen till Wien snart igen med min fru men tvekar om vi ska boka detta hotell då med tanke på pris och strul.
