The hotel is located superbly. The comfort, room, breakfast etc was good, especially the service at Breakfast. I have one serious comment. As a guest/Tourist in a city, I choose a "premium" hotel, to be able to get some assistance in getting around. There is no real concierge in the hotell. I had a lot of questions, everything from restaurants, transport to airport shopping etc. The staff KNEW nothing!!! I can also google. They could not answer one question I had, without googling? I can do that myself. Next visit I will probably choose a non-premium hotel and save a lot of money googling everything. Is there no pride in service occupations, in actually providing service to the guests?
