Property was beautiful. Lagoon great place for calm waters and snorkeling. Ocean views we fantastic. Sidewalks outside of property great for walking or running. Rooms were slightly dated. Open times for restaurants on property weren't the most convenient with long lines at only coffee shop

We liked the location of the property on the water. Shopping/dining options close by. Felt safe. Having the pool and lagoon for swimming was nice, although the pool was chilly. The rooms are dated. Cleaning is done every 5 days. I booked a double queen for my family, but was given a king because they overbooked. The small pull out sofa is not a viable option as you can feel the springs so strongly in your back. No rollaway available first night. Woke to construction next morning across from our building. It went all day, everyday Mon-Fri. Whenever I asked an employee on the property about the location of anything, they didn’t seem to know. They were friendly, but lacked knowledge of the property. Valet is $55 per day and the employees seemed to expect a tip going in and out so very costly. Self parking is only a few dollars cheaper. Tram was helpful as property is so large. Would recommend adding jacuzzi at Ocean Tower pool. Luau was just ok. I’ve been to a few now. It was my least favorite. Kids enjoyed, but I’ve seen far better. Staff at luau were just ok. Will likely not return to this property.

There was never any music playing in the hallways or lobby, that was strange. I wish the restaurants stayed open later.. The adult pool was lame. The slides were fun for my 10 year old, we wished there was a kids club! Also, all fitness options were limited. The lagoon was fun & affordable. The pools were all great and service was good. Rooms were clean and staff was nice.
