Room was in excellent condition, all of the staff at reception were extremely helpful, service from the waitresses at the restaurant were perfect, convenient location next to the ferry, IGA and marina, very clean pools and a nice outlook too.

We arrived at the hotel and were provided a room directly opposite the lobby. The room was on the ground floor and was unclean and barely stocked. The room had 1 teaspoon and only one pair of each kitchen utensil, with no sink other than the bathroom sink available to clean up. The room also came without pool towels which we had to request later on. Finally the restaurant was being run on a shoestring with dirty floors and fruit flys all over the bar counter. We checked out 2 days early and flew back to Brisbane.

The only issue we had was the over loud and uninteresting music in the dining room.

Ok for 1 or 2 nights. Good breakfast. Lovely staff. Good air con. It just needs a refurb in the rooms. Very worn it places.

Amazing service with friendly staff, so close to the ferry terminal and bus transport so it was convenient. Huge pool with nice view of marina. Rooms were a good size. I would definitely recommend to all.

Clean room. Helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful pool.
Noisy and limiting maintenance work happening near apartment, but we understand that it has to be done sometime.
