Im a Radisson reward member. The only problem with this hotel is that it takes longer than usual to returned guest deposit back to the Credit card

The room was spacious with a separate sitting area with a large tv and fireplace. I didn’t check to see if it worked. The restaurant was satisfactory. All staff were helpful and friendly. Cons: no towel hooks in bathroom. Bed clean but uncomfortable. Fooled by “airport “ in the name: it’s a 35$ and lengthy taxi ride from Pearson and there’s no shuttle. So both ways it would work out cheaper to get a better hotel nearer YYZ.

Not worth the.price...
Inskickad 23 jan. 2024 på HotelsRoom was not clean. Bathroom old, musty, ancient shower head. Oarking lots is full of holes and not maintained. The most annoying part was the.airplanes taking off directly overhead.from early morning to after midnight.

Our experience at this hotel exceeded our expectations. We had a short stay for a group of 6 adults as we left very early for the airport. The staff ordered an Uber to the airport which arrived promptly at our requested time. The restaurant was not open for supper however our experience in the bar side was a good one overall. The atmosphere was good and the service excellent. Despite being about 15-20min away from the airport, the ride was easy and we would stay at this hotel again in the future.
