Overall a very nice experience. Parts of the room could use upgrades such as the shower tub or electrical outlets for usb.

We stayed 1 night before our connection flight and the room was very nice and the beds were amazingly comfortable. However our particular room 23 was so loud near the connecting door to the lobby that it made for a terrible night's sleep. Even with ear plugs, I was woken up hourly as people came and went through the big glass doors. After traveling all day with 2 small kids I was so desperate for a good night sleep. It would be a huge improvement of they could install a quieter door, perhaps an automatic sliding door that didn't slam like this one. Besides that everything was to our likling and I appreciated the free shuttle back to the airport. Signed, Two exhausted parents.

Plane arrived 2hours late thus unable to use the hotel became se the next flight was in 2 hours. No sufficient time to go to hotel and return for US customs. Paid for a hotel that we did not use. If we could get a credit that would be great.
