Start the hot tub 45 min before you use it, and start it every 15 min. It was cold when we arrived so could've use it that evening, was able to use it in the morning

The view from our 3rd floor window was amazing. We could see the Coastal Range. Driving up to the property, we could see Lake Elsinore, as well. Housekeeping did an excellent job.
A big shout out to Virginia who is at your service in the breakfast area. She is warm, welcoming, makes sure the guests have everything they need, ensures all breakfast items are topped up at all times. Fantastic service!
The only issues were a constant beeping noise in the lobby which they were trying to get fixed and the smell of pot which the repair guys were smoking so the smell was always in the hallway and elevators. Not very inviting to guests who arrive. There should be a policy in place to keep up the standard of the hotel.

Bad service I forgot personal items in the hotel room. When I went back to get them, front desk personnel didnt do anything about it instead just gave me attitude and was rude. They kept my personal items.

Christmas night stay
Inskickad 27 dec. 2023 på HotelsWe stayed on Christmas night after attending a family gathering. Our room was very large and comfortable. We enjoyed a breakfast the next morning before heading for home. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, diced potatoes and sausages. There were also pancakes and waffles that were available to be made along with cereals, fruit, bagels, muffins coffee, tea and juice. Our one night stay was very comfortable.
