Shower in my room had mould growing in the corner. I did before departing I reported the issue to front desk for correction

Check in was not helpful, basically handed me the room key and that was all.. I asked about parking she was very brief. Didn’t say how to get to it or where to go or the elevator situation. Once checked out I had to again ask in detail about parking making sure it would be free she was again just assuming for me to figure it out. I would of preferred to been helped with parkig and told which floor we can park at or if we need to scan our key or check in at the lobby downstairs for the airport or shuttle and as well as when you check out. I again would of preferred to been advised how especially when I am not from Australia so things sometimes are confusing being from another country.
