Very comfy, great staff, elevators are ???

My only negative comment is one of the elevators that i almost got stuck in and the night hotel representative that basically made me feel like I was stupid. Monday January 22, 2024 after 9pm. Got into elevator 1 and pushed my floor button...yes i also scanned my keycard...and it bounced and showed "Out of Service". Thankfully the door opened. I reported this to "him" and not only was he dissmissive but wouldnt answer my question about where i could find stairs to get to my floor.

Cleaning Crews Need to Check Appliances/Plumbing
Inskickad 28 dec. 2023 på HotelsThey service was fine, but not my first initial room. When my son and I got into the room we put our things away and was about to settle down for the night. When I turned on the shower the main faucet line would not fully change to the shower setting..I asked for new room they said we will just send Maintenance. Maintenance said they fixed it, when I to try it again, it was broke. So I finally got a new room.
I highly recommend your cleaning crews should check appliances and plumbing while they are cleaning, so they can report issues.

The personnel were very cordial and welcoming, we felt very comfortable.
