Otrolig personal. Grym service!! Frukosten kunde vart bättre men annars riktigt bra hotell

Charmigt hotell mitt i centrum

Overpriced hotel that takes about 15 min of hard work to drag your travel bags to reach from Where the taxi drops you off. Once checked in, the location is good.
Low standard and tiny rooms with non-functional AC.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. Your comments are very important to us so we can always try to improve in delivering the best customer service possible and I thank you for that.
We are disappointed to read that we did not manage to meet your expectations.
We are sorry that you had to drag your luggage from taxi to hotel. Since our hotel is not reachable by vehicle, we always send an email to our guests before they arrive offering them assistance upon their arrival to our hotel (from bus terminal, ferry port, taxi etc.) therefore I assume we were not able to contact you and offer you our assistance.
Regarding the size of the room, we have several room categories and stay at guests disposal to help them to choose the one which suits them the best.
We are sorry to hear that air conditioning was not functional in you room. We wish you have informed us about that issue in order we can check it and hopefully solve it.
We hope you will give us another chance to change your opinion about our hotel!

Toppenboende i Split!
Inskickad 15 apr. 2015 på HotelsVi bodde i "annexet" ett litet hus med fyra rum, men åt en utmärkt frukost på Hotel Vestibul. Båda har ett fantastiskt läge, mitt i allt man vill se!
Mycket trevlig personal, de tog hand om vår bil och parkerade den i ett parkeringshus, och när vi ville ha den stod den och väntade oss.
Mycket fräscht och rent, ett toppenboende i Split!
