Det enda som inte var bra De car stora fester man kunde inte sitta i resturangen för det blev väldigt högljud Fest lokalen kunde varit någon annanstans

Nöjd med hotellet och rummet

Det var en bra vistelse, rummet var stort trots att jag bokat ett vanligt standardrum och frukosten var helt okej. Jag har absolut inget att klaga på, nästa gång jag är i Southampton så kommer jag boka samma hotell igen.

Nära till mycket

Bra och trevligt område, nära till stranden och piren. Promenadavstånd till centrum, ca 15 min. Både inom- och utomhuspooler. Finns restaurang och pub. Rummet var helt ok, rent och helt.

This was booked as a double bed and double sofa bed as was shown in the picture. We didn't find it like that, the sofa bed wasn't made up. When i asked staff if i was supposed to make up the 2nd bed it got confusing and they wanted to move us to twin beds (not what i ordered or wanted) then they said they would go and make up the 2nd bed they did but made up half of it into a 2nd bed. My son in the end said to me it would be fine as we'd had along day and the language barrier with the receptionist was to difficult.

Communication is terrible amongst staff. Took A LOT of effort and time to resolve a fairly simple issue. I was quite offended the way I was spoken to on multiple occasions.
