Lovely stay
Inskickad 8 aug. 2016 på HotelsSpent a couple of days at Borgo Grondaie and had a lovely time. Good service and the location was perfect for sightseeing in Siena while still being secluded enough to be able to enjoy the amenities and the beautiful atmosphere at Borgo Grondaie.

Lovely hotel in beautful surroundings
Inskickad 30 juli 2013 på HotelsI enjoyed my stay at Borgo Grondaie greatly. The hotell has very friendly staff that proved helpful many times. The place is surrounded by a lovely garden with a nice pool. Breakfast was great and the room was satisfactory. Only minus is that the hotel is located slightly outside the city centre, which means 15-20 min to get into town. This however was a small problem on the whole.

Perfect place to stay when discovering Toscana!
Inskickad 23 juli 2013 på HotelsExcellent friendly staff, Nice and Clean everywhere, the rooms and apartments as well as the pool area, terrace, breakfast room and all amenities. Location is great for trips around Chianti and Tuscany. Free parking and free WiFi that worked well. The whole Place is very pretty and charming when it comes to architecture ans style. You will need a car to get to Siena and other surroundigs. Only breakfast are served no meals at lunch or evening but the friendly staff made us sandwiches off hour. The bar is great when you fancy a beer, wine or a spirit.

A due passi dalla stazione,ma a distanza per tranquillità e pace, purtroppo siamo stati solo una notte tocca e fuga,e con brutto tempo, cosi non abbiamo potuto godere del resto, sicuramente in estate merita di più anche perché ha la piscina.per il resto ottima pulizia, letto molto comodo e buona colazione su prenotazione,non buffet.

We were looking for a quiet place to sleep within reasonable walking distance of Siena where we could prepare our own meals for a few days in between other adventures. The apartment was perfect, the staff were helpful and we were an easy stroll to a Coop where we could get our own food. The walk to town is about 15 minutes but pleasant and easy when you use the escalator from the train station. I wish we had been there in warmer weather when we might have used the pool as it looks lovely. If we are ever back in the area we would certainly stay here again.

Good for longer stays. Acess convenient by car/taxi otherwise 10m sloped walk to to/from bus/train stations.
