Bokade 2 rum för 6 pers, fick 2 rum för 4 pers, familjen är jätte trötta efter den långa vägen ner till shanghai, och det första som händer är att det strular och vi blir om skickade från rum till rum i 3 timmar, de vägrade gå med på att lägga till extra säng, till slut efter att ha varit nere i receptionen 5 gånger förstår de att de måste lägga in 1 extra säng, för det är vad jag betalade för, och rummen var äckliga hittade stora dammråttor under sängarna, sängarna va obekväma, men placeringen va perfekt.

Great hotel located on the Bund

Greatly located hotel on the Bund. Very good service and both fantastic reataurants and rooftop bar. The view of the skyline on the other side is very spectacular and one of the best in the world.

Decent Hotel, not very good area

The Hotel staff service wasn't very good even for Chinese standards. As typical for China during winter, quite cold everywhere (besides the room of course). For newcommers to Shanghai, not the best area as You'd have to walk quite a bit to get to anywhere and no metro stops conveniently close, very central, but that doesn't mean it is close to things. Recommend other places if You want to experience Shanghai

Great Business Hotel with fantastic views

lovely facilities, hyatt level of service etc, nice spa and pool. area just outside not very exciting and some short walk to the nice area of the bund. views fanstatc.

Very nice hotel, nicely situated with several fine restaurants and good food! Fantastic roof-top bar with spectacular view of the famous skyline!

Prisvärt och fint hotell nära The Bund

Fördelar: Service, bar, mat, receptionen, städningen
Nackdelar: Taxi-service kan bli bättre även om det regnar så går allt att lösas. Går inte att ändra, men det var lite för långt till tunnelabana
Plats: 10 min promenad till The Bund
Väldigt prisvärt dubbelrum med bra service och rena rum. Häftig utsikt över The Bund och floden. Missa inte The Vue Bar på våning 32 med magisk utsikt.

Bra läge på hotellet!

Hotellet läge är bra, gångavstånd till promenadstråk the Bound, ganska långt till närmaste tunnelbana. Frukosten är dyr ca 325 SEK.
