The hotel area is nice and in a nice place at the end of beach. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and serviceminded. Doing the very best they can with this worn out hotel.The room standard is more likely 2 or 3 stars. The rooms should have been renovated at least 10 yrs ago. The extra bed in the room for the third person was small and not suitable for a grown up person. All amenities in the room were for two persons and we had to ask for everything for the third one. The A/C was not working properly during our stay and broke down twice. We changed room and had again to ask for everything for the third person. It was very difficult to get a reservation for the a la carte restaurants at the hotel unless you woke up early and made your reservation at guest services at the reception 9 o´clock in the morning valid for the next day. The hotel does not live up to their 5-stars according to us.

All inclusive på Ibiza

Hotellet ligger 10 minuter från flygplatsen (viss störning av plan men de går inte på kvällen/natten)Hotellet är nyrustat men ännu inte riktigt färdigt. Det saknades spa och barn-klubb (både utrymmen och lekpark). Bygge pågår i anslutning till hotellet. De gemensamma utrymmena är i en trevlig spansk modern stil. Det har två bra pooler med fina solsängar och ligger direkt vid stranden. Poolerna är inte uppvärmda. Läget vid stranden är bra eftersom det är sista hotellet på playan och gränsar mot ett grönt naturreservat på andra sidan (troligen bra att promenera och springa i, vilket vi inte hann). Vi besökte det första veckan på säsongen och det var mycket lite folk, de flesta spanjorer. Rummen var fuktiga och det fanns ingen värme. Men ok med extrafilt. Maten var inget speciell utan anpassad till barn och engelsmän... Någon gång var det bra stekt fisk och goda grönsaker. Efterrätterna var helt oätbara! Vi åkte i ett sällskap med barn (5 och 7 år) och de tyckte kvällsshowerna var mycket underhållande, dock saknades ställen för lek på dagarna, enbart pool och strand finns. Det fanns möjlighet till tennis, pingis, biljard (mot kostnad) och lite mer. Entusiastisk personal ordnade div tävlingar för alla åldrar. Det är ett helt ok hotell men inget man återvänder till. Trevnaden ligger i vilket sällskap man tar med sig. Då kan det bli hur bra som helst!

Food for an all inclusive was EPIC, so much choice, premium seafood options, fresh bread, paella's were good. Our bathroom didn't smell great, bit damp and drain like though. Spa was a disappointment considering a premium €30, the thermal pool was super cold, the steam room wasn't very hot, and the sauna was lovely. Due to it being the last few nights before they shut for winter a lot of facilities were closed eg a la carte restaurants so it would have been good to know when we booked, just felt we didn't get the full choice of what we paid for. However I would go back, the service food and room were nice and super convenient for an early flight home.

The proximity to the beach, number of pools, quality of the buffet food (and variety) were all pluses. A junior sweet was big enough to comfortably sleep two adults and two children. The renovated rooms were clean and modern. Things may be different if visiting during peak summer months as our trip was the last week of October or if you are looking for something close to the nightlife or actuon of Ibiza. Beach is a 5 minute walk and had beautiful clear water and again was quiet with lots of space to enjoy it. Only real downside was availability of a la carte options. We were told to book as they are busy at check in. When checking the Hotel app there was no availability for the whole week we were there. We checked this just after arrival and check in. Guest services kindly put us on a waiting list and we managed to get an early reservation at one.

Great accommodation with wonderful staff and service with always a smile on and great facilities. Near to the airport and city centre. Great for family outings and with friends

This hotel was great and I would return however the maids are so noisy in the morning and they start quite early. The food isn’t bad for an all inclusive.
