The property manager at this location said I was the second person that this happened to. He called VRBO, they said they would find me something..I was on hold in someones office after hours for over 2 hours with my grandson sitting there patiently. In the end, VRBO dropped the ball on me, so I called my C.C. company and filed a complaint...This property should never be allowed to be listed again...They are not supposed to sublease or rent out these places....WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!

Received nothing from property manager. Went to the place the property manager there said they did not do vrbo. Was on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes trying to figure out what was going wrong. Had to get a hotel. And it ruined my daughters 16th birthday

you most likely will not get the rental in the pictures lol I believe they only show their nicest ones and rent those when the others are taken. I wish they show all of them so you know exactly what you’re going to get! Surprise cost was $25 for second car parking in the garage each day, totaling $75 (cash only ) for us! then come to find out we could have parked one for free right outside the garage... but we did what the comfort of both vehicles being inside. Theyvdo answer their phones, once you finally get the phone numbers through a text the day before leaving LOL. But nobody could answer my emails or questions before our trip which I did not like. And as stated before Hector and Isaac the manager and assistant are good at answering their phone but instead of telling you the truth they tell you what you want to hear! we asked for a second key and they said oh yes in 30 minutes they would bring one and of course they did not. then there are no trash bags in the rental we had to go buy her own because even that was said to be brought and they never showed. Accommodations for 10 people was just one small thing of shampoo, conditioner, soap as a hotel would place in the bathroom except no refills. thankfully (even with the TP shortage at the moment of our stay) we had enough to cover our butts for the four days. So to put it short is if you would like a very inexpensive “okay” rental this is your place. Be prepared to take all your necessities as in laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper shampoo, soap‘s And other paper products unless you want to rewash the few that they have. They did have dishwasher soap but no laundry soap (we had wet towels in the dryer on arrival) I’ll post a few real pictures of the tiny baby couches we got that are in the living room, everything is nice furniture but definitely not cleaned good. But like I said it for the price it was totally worth it I just wish they were upfront and honest about everything. With the virus going around right at the point of our stay I wished we had more cancellations options but we would’ve been charged no matter what more than half.

It was generally a comfortable, well decorated space. We enjoyed our stay here. Convenient to the things we wanted to see with amenities (Starbucks, Jamba Juice) close by. A few small things in the space needed attention but overall a great stay!!

Homeless everywhere asking for money. Urine smell in hallway up to the property. Sink drain plugged up mid stay. Only 4 towels in the place but stated they had amenities for 10. No wash clothes. Right beside a noise street.

The layout was cool. The pool area was nice. The bathroom had a broken towel rack. Our refrigerator freezer stopped working and nobody ever showed up even though they were supposed to so we lost about 100$ worth of food. Didn’t get reimbursed! Appliances outdated and noisy. Just needs some serious upgrades and a handicap ramp in to the building main entrance

The only thing negative about this property was the amount of beds that ended up being available given at the time of booking the reservation, I paid extra for each guest (having 10 guests total) and there were only enough beds for 8 people. The property was clean and tidy. We had no problems otherwise bc we got a bed, but others did not and were not happy when they were told they would receive a bed. In the details of my itinerary, it states that I did in fact paid extra for each additional guest. Had I not paid extra, I would not be as upset as I am about the lack of beds.

Lovely accommodation perfectly situated for access to Green Line Trolley. Only slight downside is early morning deliveries to shops directly below apartment. In saying that I would definitely stay again and would recommend this accommodation. Excellent amenities 😊
