Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!

Vi hade en fantastiskt fin resa till Rom och denna lägenhet var pricken över i:et! Väldigt bra läge, otroligt fin lägenhet, mycket bra service! Den ligger på gångavstånd till centrala Rom men också bara en kort promenad till alla restauranger i Trastevere. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!

Beautiful apartment for family of 4! Great locatio

We LOVED our stay in Rome in this beautifully and tastefully furnished apartment. We will definitely come back again! Our two teenage daughters also loved the apartment. We were comfortable, it is super quiet in the middle of Rome! Federica and Rachele were amazing.

Avoid the Ricci

We stay in the Ricci Suite and it was not a pleasant stay! It’s located above a restaurant. We were there for 3 nights and every night the noise was unbearable. The last night we had to call the restaurant and 12.30am to ask them to keep quiet. They close around 1am but then it was the cleaning and packing away noises. Also if you’re a non smoker, you can smell cigarette from the staff who sit in a little corner next to front door on their break. There is also the problem of the kids who hang around the square at all hours. The bed in the main bedroom has a mattress that is too hard and my husband sleep two out of 3 nights on the sofa bed and the quilt was not clean. It’s overpriced for little comfort. The staff at this establishment are lovely tho and very helpful.

We are sorry to hear that your experience was not as expected.Being located in the very city center of Rome the apartment may not be as quiet as you imagined; considering also the upcoming festivities, restaurants and streets have more people than usual and for this reason are louder. Regarding the smell of cigaretts in the square where the apartment is located, as you can imagine is out of our control. Again we are sorry to hear that you were affected by the quality of our beds; we did offer to add a topper to the mattress but you declined.This being said it was a pleasure to have met you and we hope despite everything that you enjoyed our city.Kind regards, YourSuiteRome staff
