Prime season breakfast is much better than off-season breakfast (and is still delicious). Amenities are excellent!

Lovely birthday getaway!
Inskickad 21 jan. 2024 på HotelsOne of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in the state of Delaware, even more so on the eastern seaboard. The staff was extremely friendly. The amenities are clean, and above what we expected. All in all, we absolutely loved our stay here and we would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone traveling in Rehoboth, Delaware. Five stars is an understatement. Location is a 10, service is at 10, cleanliness is a 10, friendly staff, great restaurant, directly on premise and also lovely restaurants all around the area. Yeah Avenue in made my significant others birthday that much more enjoyable. Thank you guys so much and we will see you soon.

The Avenue Inn and Spa is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. A block from the beach, it is in the middle of everything yet very quiet and comfortable. It is extremely clean, very recently renovated and the staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The décor is beautiful, the wine and cheese is wonderful and the buffet breakfast is delicious. Also, the Blue Hen restaurant does not disappoint. We will stay there again for sure...and soon!

Not their best effort.

Although the room was great and very clean, the absence of a full-length mirror in my suite was annoying as I had 2 events to attend. The location of my room was also an issue as the people on the floor were quite loud and made no effort to talk quietly, even well past midnight.
Finally, breakfast Sunday was a huge disappointment. Getting there at 9:30, there were no fresh omelets, no fruit, very little ham, and even fewer rolls. The garbage cans were so full on both days i had to report it so plates wouldn't be littered all over the floor.
