Bad start and bad service!
Inskickad 5 feb. 2018 på ExpediaWe had to wait one hour to check in although there was only one couple before us. The owner went through the whole food menu and what hours the kitchen was opened. When we just wanted to get to our bungalow and leave our bags as we had already got the key, the woman at the reception (the owner?!) jelled at us in a ”friendly” way to come back. we just wanted to get to the beach before the tide got in. Instead we had to sit and listen to the same story as we had already heard about the menu and when they ran out of prawns.
A bad start on our stay that unfortunately didn’t get any better. The bungalow was very simple but cute. However, the bathroom and the toilet was not clean at all..n’either of us wanted to go in there and we tried to use the toilets after having lunch or dinner.
We rented a scooter at the sabai corner. After about one kilometer we realised it had a flat tire. We stopped and called the sabai for help. They sent some guys to fix the tire. Very fast working and helpful guys that we had to pay. When returning the scooters we explained that we had payed for their flat tire as it was already broken when we got it. The owner’s reaction ”it is what it is. If you get a flat tire here you get a flat tire and pay”. We explained that it was already broken when we got it and that we didn’t want to pay for someone elses flat tire. ”It is not my business”. At least, we didn’t have to pay for it. Overall, the atmosphere and the bad service gives the place a dark auora.

So sorry that you had a bad experience with us! We had a bad management for a short time before the pandemic.I must apologize; but, please come again; not only we renovated many of the bungalows, but we have new staff and especially a new manager!

En plus de ce séjour moyen, j’ai oublié un casque audio dans la chambre, j’ai envoyé un message et n’est jamais eu de réponse de leur part pour le recupere !

Expedia listed AC as an amenity which was false -- not all of the bungalows have AC. They were full when I stayed there so upon check in, I was placed in a distant bungalow that only had a fan in the space. The cost of the stay and the bare bones/ lack of AC deters me from recommending this.

Great little hideaway. Beautiful location ( other than no beach at resort, however there is a nice one just a short walk)

TRES DECEVANT
Inskickad 24 feb. 2020 på HotelsChambre familiale minuscule. Pas de clim, mal isolée.
Salle de bains et wc vétustes hors de la chambre. Compliqué avec des enfants surtout la nuit.

Les bungalows ont du charme, équipement très simples mais en rapport avec le prix (pas de climatisation). La patronne est sympathique et de bon conseil, par contre le personnel n’est pas agréable ni souriant, dommage et inhabituel pour la Thaïlande. Directement en bord de mer, mais attention pas possible de se baigner quand c’est la mer basse (cailloux agressifs et non visibles). Donc un avis mitigé, ok pour les routards qui peuvent louer un scooter pour visiter l’ile, moins pour une famille avec enfants.
