Helt ok!

Helt ok upplevelse, skulle dock kunna vara mycket bättre. Frukosten var helt ok och personalen väldigt trevlig. Det är väldigt fint och rent med mycket grönska. Tyvärr faller hotellet pa manga sma saker som drar ner hela upplevelsen. Solstolarna har inga madrasser och tyget har blivit slappt med tiden, vilket betyder att man ligger pa metal och far ont i ryggen. Gatan till stranden och närliggande yta är inte sả inbjudande och ligger skräp överallt. Hade man fatt ordning pa närmiljön sa hade det varit en mycket bättre upplevelse. Sist men inte minst, det finns mycket potential och kan man skruva lite mer pà de smà detaljerna sã hade detta hotell varit 10/10.

Jättefint poolområde, stranden ren men grumligt vatten. Fin trädgård. Utmärkt frukost. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Fräscha rum med möblerad balkong.

Lyxigt och lugnt läge

Väldigt fint ställe, vi hade en liten pool utanför rummet som låg precis bredvid stora poolen. Hotellet ligger precis vid beachen också. Vill man gå ut och äta något annat än hotellets mat så får man ta en taxi, eller deras shuttlebus in till stan. Det tar ca 15 min.

Poor stay, disappointed

Well, we want to be honest with this review of this hotel and our visit. This because we want others to know what to expect when they stay here, either you like it or not. The good things: Clean room Restaurant Ola had good staff and good grilled food(horrible noisy party-music during every dinner) Good wi-fi The bad things: Unengaged staff with very poor english understanding. Not that service-minded as you would hope. Just acceptable breakfast, nothing special. All sunbeds per-occupied by 06:00 am in the morning. Very hard to find avalible sunbeds at all, especially with umbrella. The sunbeds themselves were worn out and often you were lying on the steelbars. In +30 degrees heat, you were not able to buy water before 11:00 am. Not in the bars, only in the reception-bar far from any sunbed. At 11:30, loud music were blasted out over the entire hotel. That’s when the water-exercise started. Everybody had to endure this stressful music, though only 5-10 people participated. The beach-bar, the Shack, was supposed to be a Vietnamese restaurant. In reality, it was a poor dive, serving fries, burgers and tasteless food. We didn’t travel with the all-inclusive pass that man other guests did. From what they told us, things like beer, gin and other spirits were out of stock by the end of the day. They could only recieve water, beer and sodas in plastic glasses. Good to know is that the kids-club is for small kids, more babies. In all we could not recommend.

Super trevligt rum och frukostbuffén var fantastiskt! Bra läge, enkelt att hyra mopeder så man kan ta sig runt ön. Hjäpsam och jättetrevlig personal. Härlig pool och "privat" strand. Den enda som jag kan kommentera på är att det var ont om klädförvaring men annars har det varit toppen! Rekommenderar starkt!
