Wonderful staff

Nice hotel. No early shuttle
Inskickad 17 jan. 2024 på HotelsThe guy at check in was very pleasant and welcoming. Our room was clean. The hallway was pretty dirty but that wasn’t necessarily the hotels fault. Someone had obviously worn extremely dirty boots into the hotel and got it everywhere. My only problem with this hotel was the shuttle service. It doesn’t start until 7 AM. If you have an early flight, plan on taking an Uber and spending about $20. Which is very unfortunate since that is the reason I booked this hotel.

You can do better than this.
Inskickad 17 jan. 2024 på HotelsWe got stuck in Phoenix when we missed a flight connection due to weather. Our stay was short but here are things I noticed. The guy at the front desk was uninterested and falling asleep. Our room had no shampoo and rusty fixtures. We discovered the shampoo problem when it was too late to do much about it. Breakfast was just okay. For the price we paid, we could have done a lot better.

Everything was fine at this hotel. It was right off the freeway and had a Five Guys close by! But the Sky Harbor airport shuttle didn't start until 7:00 am. That was too late for us.

Ants in the sink. Water was out. Couldnt shower orbuse the toilet was never warned by mananagement
