Decent stay
Inskickad 19 jan. 2024 på HotelsThe room layout is great and the balcony offers an excellent view. However, some lights were not working and the room was a bit dusty. Additionally, getting the right temperature for the shower can be challenging on the 53rd floor due to the mixture of hot and cold water.

When I booked the stay, I was not told that the room was privately owned. I was expecting a hotel experience. When we checked in we were told if we needed housekeeping, additional towels or any other services, we would need to call the company the managed the property and if we wanted the Palms to respond there would be an additional charge.
The room was appeared run down and not as clean as expected. Floors were not clean, stains on the carpet, dust on the furniture and appliances.

Stained walls and worn out bathrooms
Inskickad 15 jan. 2024 på HotelsKitchen surface areas were dirty , as if cleaned with dirty rags , walls all over you can clearly see stains , and dirty hand prints on walls. Suite was actually in 2 rooms and each room had broken locks in the bathrooms. Had to wake up in the middle of night to take my son out of bathroom because it got stuck .

didnt like how they charged $2 for extra toilet paper rolls when they only gave us one to start for 3 nights

Do not book this. I stay at alot of hotels for a living, thought I was saving on a good deal, and it was a mistake. I had multiple problems during my stay and it ruined several important days. The suite is clearly not kept up with over time needing several repairs and upgrades. Honestly, look at other properties. The people over the phone are very hesitant making you feel uneasy about what you booked. Book with the hotel, not with this privately owned suite. Trust me, a stranger, you wont regret it. I will never make this mistake again. First time booking through a third party, will be the last.
