The hotel and our room was clean and the breakfast is excellent. But by far the best, was the staff. Everyone was so nice & cheerful and they interacted easily with all guests. Good job team!!!

Though the hotel is a little dated, it is well maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and you feel like you are visiting friends. I had requested that my room not be freshened while I was there but the cleaning staff came in anyway, which was a little upsetting, but all in all, I would highly recommend this little jewel in Boca.

Goos customer service.
Inskickad 7 jan. 2024 på HotelsFor some reason my room had been canceled.But the front desk guy reinstated was very nice,gave us rooms near a family member who was also staying there.great customer sevice,great variety breakfast choices..Rooms i rate 4/5 their was cat or dog hard food left on the side near the kitchen area.other then that great place!
