No internet - bad choice for work trip

I came to Palm Beach for work and chose this hotel because of it’s location. And the location was great. But the worst thing about it was the wifi. It was so slow, and drove me crazy. I had to send photos in the middle of the night, and looked desperately for open cafe’s with wifi instead. But that didn’t feel safe in the area. So The rest of the days I had to go to another hotel’s lobby instead. Also, the police came one day to interrogativa a woman in a room. Sure, things can happen. But overall I felt as if there were dodgy people there. The room was ok I guess. I don’t know if I should ask for more out of a 2.5-star hotel. But I wish the wifi would have worked at least so that I did’t hade to look for internet elsewhere in the middle of the night.

Older motel but it worked out fine. Easy check in (we were two hours early and they were able to accommodate) and check out. Quiet. Didn’t hear other guests at all.

The 🚿 showering experience. The water was not running hot. Just about luke warm everytime.
