The staff were the worst i have ever seen at any hotel .i would never go back or trust you a again

Overall horrible
Inskickad 24 dec. 2023 på HotelsWhen we first checked in the front desk lady had no personality and was not friendly what so ever. The elevator sounded like it was about to break down. Our bathroom shower had the weakest water pressure the bathroom door was would not latch shut which means you couldn’t lock it. Most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept it the pillows were rocks. Dirty carpets, broken coffee machine, doesn’t look like the room has been cleaned. Can’t use the outlets to charge your phone unless you keep the light by the front door on the entire time. Overall unpleasant stay. I’m usually impressed by this chain of hotel but wouldn’t stay here again.

Palm Beach trip
Inskickad 21 dec. 2023 på HotelsStaff was friendly and efficient. Room was large and clean. There was no outlet available to charge our phones. Had to unplug dryer to get plug. Other than that, I would stay again.
