Bra läge men dålig frukost

Ok hotell för vad du betalar.

Liten pool, bra sängar, fint badrum, kaffekokare med kaffe, microugn samt kassaskåp.
Bra läge ca 15 min med bil till Epcot mm.
Många restauranger på nära avstånd, en Kina resturang vägg i vägg med bra mat.

Refubished for low bucks
Inskickad 27 apr. 2015 på HotelsOk stay for a low cost. Busy breakfastroom, poor selection. Not a heated pool and the location was a bit "off", none of the attractions close by.

After staying in 31 hotels this year, this by far was the worst, had to change rooms 3 times, not clean tv not working and the cigarette smell was bad.

Quality? Nooooo. I can’t describe how bad it is very poor and dirty. We found old food from other guests into the bes sheets. And the manager said I have found worst stuff. It is what it is. I definitely don’t recommend this place for anyone

Dear Nestor, Thank you for staying with us. I have spoken with both the night and morning front desk agents, the night agent that checked you in said you did not complain about anything being wrong with your room the whole night, as we are a 24 hour lobby. The morning agent said you came in after breakfast had ended and were upset about that. We're sorry that our end time didn't meet your expectations. I was told, as a courtesy to you, breakfast items were taken out for you. The agent also stated that was when you started telling him you were not happy with your room. Had you come back to the front desk when you saw your room we could have changed the room for you. Your feedback will help us to be better in the future.

Pull up to establishment, it looked like it was shut down. It was only 7:45 pm. Drove around the parking lot to see if there were any other cars. There were only a few. Pulled up to front again. Lobby was almost completely dark except a very dim light. Staff was pleasant, not over welcoming. Took a photo copy of my drivers license instead of just verifying ID like other hotels. (I asked for the copy back the next morning at check out). Very run down and doesn’t look like the photos that advertises it. Outlet GFI broken, pieces had fallen out around it. Hole and wires exposed. Rusted ice bucket, tissue holder and plate around it. Sheets had stains on them on both beds. Door didn’t close flush with the frame, window had space between the frame and the actual glass one could easily put fingers through it. Drove in and It didn’t feel safe, very difficult to rest easy overnight there. Walking into lobby and the room and it was like falling into the 1970s. Clocks set to wrong time, no usb ports, towels very thin and dingy looking. Gate around playground was in disrepair and looked like it had been driven into by a vehicle. Ice machines either broken (2nd floor) or worked poorly. Areas around machines dingy. No staff from 3-7am. Loud music blaring from a vehicle at 3:30 am. No staff to handle it. It felt unsafe in the room with the door and window issues. Free breakfast was minimal waffles, juice, apples, bread, cereal and bagels. Very sparse. I would NOT recommend staying here.
