Nice hotel near Universal
Inskickad 15 jan. 2024 på HotelsGreat location for Universal Studios, good room layout for families with a separate room & bunk bed. Check in / check out service was a bit slow - only one attendant at the front desk. Rooms are showing some wear & could use some updating. Elevator is not efficient - when busy, takes foreverrrr to go up or down. Breakfast has a decent variety, could use with more seating / table clearing at busy times so families aren't waiting. Overall, good place to stay with kids!

Stayed for 2 nights, i must say the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating.
Room: carpet had some sticky spots, sink in bathroom was clogged partially and shower also had very weak stream.
Some of the cups and plates were not clean. Had to wash them again before use.
Otherwise location wise great, complimentary shuttle service to Universal resort. Breakfast was fresh and had good variety.
