Rooms wwre not cleanes and i got charged by accident for almost $600 on a card that wasnt wven on file.

The worst check-in process I have ever experienced. Only 2 people working knowing there were an abundance of families checking in. Took 2 hours to check in and I had arrived at 5pm. After checking in and settling in, went out to dinner and came back at 10p, still a line out the door with only 2 people working. Absolutely terrible.
